Tenancy Deposits – We provide peace of mind

All our tenancy deposits are registered with an approved government deposit scheme, in line with current legislation. Your deposit is a liability to our business and at the end of a tenancy we want these funds returned to you as soon as possible. Once we have carried out the final property inspection, cleared all utilities and you have left the condition of the property in the same clean and tidy fashion as you found it, the deposit will be returned to you straight away within the timescale of the approved deposit scheme.

Flexible Viewing Hours

We are open 9.30am to 5.30 pm every day on weekdays as well as 10.00 am to 5.30 pm on Saturdays. We know what it is like to live and work in Glasgow so we also do viewings way beyond these times and on Sundays by arrangement.

No tenant administration fees

We appreciate that moving house is an expensive time – So we are proud to say that Central Letting Services charge absolutely no upfront administration fees to tenants.

Compliance – Keeping you safe

All our properties have valid safety certificates as required by current legislation. If the property is not safe to let we will not bring it to market. With legislation ever-changing, it is our job to stay up to date with the latest rules and regulations and make sure you are safeguarded at all times.

Problems – Responsive Maintenance

We have a dedicated team of maintenance contractors and will organise an engineer to visit at a time that suits you. We are open from 9.30am to 5.30pm Mon-Friday as well as 10.00am to 5.30pm on Saturdays and we have an emergency number for when the office is closed.

Communication – A great working relationship

We always like to make sure that our tenants are completely happy with the accommodation and the service that we provide. We carry out property inspections at a time and date that suits you; this is a good opportunity to let us know of any issues about the property that haven’t been mentioned before or about an area of our service that you feel needs improving or anything else we can do to help.
